Jam Carrot Fig Date

Our Carrot Fig Date Jam invites you on a journey to the Orient! Our Carrot Fig Date Jam has distinct flavors that complement each other well. Sand carrots, grown in northern Finistère, bring a natural sweetness, while figs and dates add a rich fruity sweetness. Together, these flavors create a balanced and harmonious taste profile. Carrots can be slightly crunchy, while figs and dates are tender and chewy. When cooked and mixed in our Jam, they create a smooth and pleasant tasting texture. It can be used for your sweet recipes but also to accompany your goat cheese and sheep cheese. This Jam was called "A Thousand and One Nights" when our workshop opened in Vincennes!
