Rhubarb EXTRA Jam

Our EXTRA Rhubarb Jam, the first cauldron made at the Jam Factory in 2017! This jam was made in memory of Grandma Rose-Marie! Our Rhubarb Jam is prepared from fresh rhubarb, carefully selected for its tangy flavor and firm texture. The rhubarb with which we work is a fruit from the north of France. This jam is made in the traditional way following artisanal methods to obtain a product of the highest quality. The rhubarb is carefully cleaned, cut into small pieces and cooked slowly to preserve all its flavors. Ideal to be spread on a good baguette, scones or croissants for a gourmet breakfast. It can also be used as an ingredient in desserts, meat sauces or marinades for a tangy touch. A little anecdote: The first cauldron made in our manufacturing workshop, in 2017 by Sandrine Maquet, is Rhubarb Jam.
