GÂTINAIS HONEY – 500G jar

Honey production in the Gâtinais Regional Nature Park (Seine-et-Marne, Essonne) dates back to the Middle Ages. This honey is distinguished by its fondant and its subtle and vegetable flavor. It is renowned for its light color and smoothness. We easily find aromas of orchard flowers, but also rapeseed and dandelion. Our beekeeper, Antoine HEDOUIN, has been recognized by his peers for many years for the unique taste of his honeys. Our honeys are cold brewed in order to preserve all their natural characteristics and nutritional values.
