Tamarisk flowers, wild flowers, buttercups, aster are foraged just a stone's throw from our apiary, on the edge of the Poitevin marshes, allowing the bees to offer us a sweet and fragrant flower honey. For our Honey from here, it is our "in-house" beekeeper, Julien Crétet himself, who pampers the hives, moves them according to the seasons and blooms, lovingly ensures the harvest.
