Our ARGENTIN AJI blend is a seasoning used in Argentina to add flavor and spice to dishes. It is mainly composed of dried and ground red peppers.    Our Argentinian Aji blend is a blend of two crushed peppers: capsicum annum (habanejo pepper style) and capsicum frustescens.( cayenne pepper style). It is an essential mixture in Argentinian cuisine. Use for making empanadas, sauces, Escabeche, chili con carne. Argentinian Aji can be used to season meats, vegetables, soups and sauces. It is often sprinkled on Argentine grills to add flavor and heat.
