Ageing: concrete tank The nose announces red fruits and blackberries, the tannins are present but already suggests a velvety character and a certain freshness. The wine will probably “pinnote” in 5 to 7 years. Its chewiness is even more sustained than that of Happy Lazuli, it offers a very good length and leaves complex aromas in the mouth. Food and wine pairings: go well with tasty home cooking, such as roast rack of veal or spit-roasted poultry.
