Our plot of 3.6 ha is located in the town of Quincié-en-Beaujolais, a place called "Vitry" at an altitude of 400 m, facing south.
The subsoil of "Pierres bleues" comes from the same mineral vein as the Côtes de Brouilly. It is a volcanic rock 500 million years old, called diorite, which is found between the coast of Brouilly and Marchampt, but also in Morgon, Juliénas on smaller surfaces. The vine, pruned in goblet, is over 40 years old on average and has not received herbicides since 2018. The conversion to organic farming of the vine began in 2020.
For the 2022 vintage, our products will be certified FR-BIO-15. Our wines are vinified and aged as closely as possible to the fruit and the terroir
