This fleur de sel is harvested in the salt marshes of Trapani in Sicily on the eastern coast. The influence of the stronger wind gives this fleur de sel a slightly more full-bodied aroma than the classic Sicilian fleur de sel. Its olive green setting is inspired by Italy and these olive groves. It goes well with Italian dishes like quality pasta, mozzarellas and burratas.
