Our Sicilian Fleur de Sel is launched this year in a new design, inspired by magnificent Sicilian yellow ceramics.    This fleur de sel comes from the WWF reserve in Trapani, in the north of Sicily, in a controlled environment without any pollutants, which gives it exceptional purity.
