SWEET PAPRIKA

Sweet paprika is a powdered spice that is obtained from dried and ground sweet peppers. Unlike hot or spicy paprika, mild paprika has a more subtle, slightly sweet flavor, with very little heat. Sweet paprika is commonly used in many cuisines, including Hungarian and Spanish cuisine. It is used to add color and flavor to dishes such as stews, soups, sauces, marinades, rice dishes, grilled vegetables and meat dishes.
