After malting, brewing and fermentation, the must obtained is distilled in a traditional Charentais still in the Spirits Valley (Cognac region). Tasty and fragrant malt brandy (floral, fruity, toasted) is aged at least 4 years first in old organic Cognac barrels which bring woody and spicy notes. Blending is carried out by our tasting committee, bringing together blending and aging experts. We select our most mature whiskeys from our cellars to develop our whiskey. Monsieur Fernand Whiskey achieves a twist thanks to a finish in old organic Pineau des Charentes barrels for a few months before being reduced to pure water from the source of Gensac-La-Pallue (near Cognac) and thus reach 43% vol. This degree of alcohol allows for the perfect harmony between balance and aromatic power. Each bottle is carefully prepared and numbered.
