Caen-style tripe 780g - Sabot

These artisanal Caen-style tripe from the Sabot butcher shop were voted the best tripe in the world in 2005 and 2010.    They are heated in the oven, and are traditionally eaten with potatoes.   It is an emblematic dish of the Normandy region.    This 780g jar is perfect for two to three people, and it can be stored for up to 3 years at room temperature.
