500ml Excellent coupage of two of the best varieties of Spanish olives, Arbequina and Picual, of superior category olive oil. Selected manually and early harvest, usually early October from the mountains of Alicante. Patrick de la Cueva has specially selected these varieties of Arbequina and Picual and has mixed them with the right proportion to obtain a green, highly aromatic oil with a fruity mouthfeel and a slightly bitter and spicy aftertaste.
