This unfiltered and unpasteurized amber-colored vinegar is the result of a dry fermented cider, that is to say that all the sugars naturally present in the cider have been transformed into alcohol. In contact with the air, an acetic sting is created and transforms the cider into cider vinegar. Aged in oak barrels as before, this vinegar has a woody aroma and is slightly less pungent on the palate. Ideal for seasoning your raw vegetables, to deglaze the juices after cooking meat or for purely beneficial use.
