The estate is spread over 18 plots of 9 different grape varieties. Concerned with respect for nature and environmental conservation, the Tenuta estate is certified organic. Herbicides and pesticides are not tolerated. Each work is done by hand. The Ficaie cuvée reflects the origins of the terroir while retaining the uniqueness of the estate: the blend creates an elegant and racy red wine representing all the characteristics of the region.
