Goose Foie Parfait is an emulsion that contains up to 75% foie gras. The Goose Foie Parfait differs from the duck parfait above all because it has a milder flavor, with a certain touch of sweetness, a much more creamy texture and a color that tends to be more pinkish. Advice for use: Put in the refrigerator at least two hours before opening. Cut into thin slices. Keep at room temperature, at least, five minutes before consuming.
