This traditional sea salt is gathered by hand in small Atlantic salt pans on the south coast of Portugal, within the protected nature reserves of the Eastern Algarve, and left to dry in the sun in small piles, followed by manual picking, crushing and packing. We guarantee the superior quality and distinctive taste by combining traditional techniques and state-of-the art food standards. Gently crushed to a fine grain size (1mm). Rich in minerals and free from additives, our traditional salt is your everyday cooking salt for any culinary purpose.
