Handmade Gourmet Flower of Salt in a sturdy PP container for restaurants and catering, produced sustainably and certified organic, artisanal and kosher, from traditional Atlantic salt pans on the south coast of Portugal, within the protected nature reserves of the Eastern Algarve. The delicate crystals form a glistening layer on the concentrated brine and are skimmed off daily by hand. After drying on the sun, the salt is transported to our premises for manual picking and packing into sturdy containers. The smooth crystals crumble easily between your fingers and add a finishing touch to any prepared dish.
