We choose only the flakiest crystals for this superior quality. Flos Salis® Flor de Sal is produced sustainably in traditional Atlantic salt pans on the south coast of Portugal, within the protected nature reserves of the Eastern Algarve, and is certified organic, artisanal and kosher. The flaky crystals form a glistening layer on the concentrated brine, which is skimmed off daily by hand and left to dry in the sun. Use these prime salt flakes to refill your Flos Salis® crock from glazed stoneware and bring the Atlantic Ocean to your table. Heap some crystals onto the serving lid to allow for finger-spicing. The flakes will melt on the tongue and bring a delicate flavour to your meal.
