The coating used has excellent non-stick properties to allow you to cook with very little fat. Composed of 3 layers, it durably resists abrasion and scratches. Made of sturdy and durable brushed stainless steel, the sauté pan features a thick encapsulated triple bottom with a layer of stainless steel, an aluminum disc and a magnetic stainless steel bottom. It is thus compatible with all hobs including induction and allows optimal heat distribution in the pan for food cooked to perfection. This sauté pan is resistant to high temperatures and oven-safe up to 200°C. Tips for use and precautions for use To protect the coating of your sauté pan, be careful not to use sharp or metallic objects. We also advise you to place felt pads between your utensils when you store them in your cupboards.
