The bottom consists of a layer of brushed stainless steel, an aluminum disc and a magnetic induction-compatible stainless steel bottom. The thick bottom allows for even heat distribution. Its top-of-the-range non-stick coating made up of 3 layers is ultra-resistant and allows you to cook with little fat. Practical and easy to handle, the handle is ergonomic and insulating, in stainless steel and silicone, for easy handling even with wet hands. Advice for use and precautions for use This frying pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction, and is oven-safe up to 200°C. It is also dishwasher safe but for a better longevity we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge. The premium coating offers increased resistance to abrasion and scratches, however be careful not to use sharp or metallic objects.
