
The collection includes six fine spice blends, developed by 3-star chef Jan Hartwig, inspired by his cuisine, which combines tradition and innovation. Pepper Cuvée – A harmonious combination of selected pepper varieties. Ideal for meat, vegetables and to round off sauces. Vadouvan – Refined combination of Indian and French flavours. Perfect for curry dishes, chicken and vegetables. Furikake – A Japanese spice topping that adds an umami-rich flavor to rice, bowls and vegetables. Oriental spice – An oriental composition, ideal for couscous, rice and stews. Game spice – Spicy and aromatic, with juniper and allspice. Excellent with game and braised dishes. Lamb spice – Strong aromas for lamb, refined with rosemary, sage and lavender. Jan Hartwig is one of ten three-star chefs in Germany. He opened his restaurant JAN in Munich in October 2022 and within a few months earned himself three more Michelin stars with his unmistakable signature. In his dishes he reinterprets the DNA of German cuisine and translates it into new worlds of taste.
