Sumac makes food delicious: Sumac is particularly common in the eastern Mediterranean and is often served as a table spice in Turkey. To obtain it, the red flesh of the evergreen dye tree is dried and ground into powder. Our sumac impresses with its pleasant acidity, which is perfectly complemented by fruity to slightly tart notes. It is particularly fine and 100% pure, without the sometimes common addition of salt.
