The reserve collection Tumara 2019, BELLEVUE ESTATE, complex and persistent red wine

From the prestigious Stellenbosch wine region in South Africa, this structured and silky red wine is produced by Domaine Bellevue, a pioneer in the production of South Africa's iconic grape variety, Pinotage.
 Vinification and aging: Tumara is produced from different “Bordeaux” grape varieties which are harvested and vinified separately. 
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at 26-28°C in stainless steel vats, then malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. 
The blended wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, giving it aromatic complexity and great aging potential.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Ruby red color. –Nose: Beautiful aromatic complexity with notes of black fruits, cedar wood and cigar box. –Palate: On the palate, the flavors of ripe fruit are balanced by well-blended tannins. 
The finish is long and silky.
 Aging potential: 7 to 10 years Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C Recommended consumption: Open and air at least 1 hour before tasting.
