Perfect for a hint of citrus on fresh dishes. Originating from underground salt sources in Villena, our hand-harvested salt flakes are dried by the Alicante wind in the Mediterranean sun. They are then infused in oil obtained from sun-dried lemons with a green drizzle of lemon thyme. Citrus salt flakes are suitable for all types of fish and vegetables.
