Marjoram

Notes of citrus and sweet pine MARJORAM is a member of the oregano family and can be used in the same way. Marjoram is known for its mild avour with notes of citrus and sweet pine, and it adds depth to any tomato-based dish. It is also ideal for use in pasta dishes, atop pizza, in veggie balls and meatballs and for seasoning vegetables, soups, sh or beans. Add dried marjoram towards the end of cooking to bring out the aromatic flavour.
