Traminer Aromatico 2022 - DOC Friuli

Alcohol content 13.00% Soil type Clayey Grape varieties: Traminer Aromatico Average age of the vines 6 years Vinification: the grapes, harvested when fully ripe, are gently pressed.   The must obtained is cooled and decanted to obtain an initial cleaning.   Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.   Aging: 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in the bottle Pairings: wine for hot and cold appetizers, tasty and spicy dishes, fish dishes, tasty soft cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12°C
