Mountain Oolong

The scenic mountains of the Wuyi Mountains are home to the Mountain Oolong, also known as Shui Xian Oolong or rock tea. In a breathtaking setting of massive rocks and lush green gardens, the pickers harvest the raw tea. After picking, the tea leaves are fermented and develop a mineral-fresh aroma with an amber-colored infusion.
