Bai Mu Dan (Hunan)

In the villages of Guzhang and Gaofeng, the Miau produce the finest tea specialties, such as our precious China Bai Mu Dan. For the delicate white tea, two leaves and a bud of Camellia sinensis are picked by hand and then air-dried for two days without exposure to the sun. After the subsequent ripening process, the tea is finally dried at 105 ° C. The light infusion has a distinct sweetness, peppered with fruity nuances reminiscent of dried apricots.
