Green tea 'Genmaicha'

This Japanese classic is grown on the South Korean volcanic island of Jeju as part of a high-tech tea project. The green tea base is mixed with mildly roasted rice and a pinch of matcha powder. The Genmaicha is particularly characterized by its complex aroma, mild sweetness and grass-green cup.
