Busiate

Made with passion by Giorgio. Discover our Old wheat semolina busiate, Russello variety. Made from grains grown and ground in Sicily, our pasta is pesticide-free, GMO-free, and artificial. The semolina is mixed with mineral water from a spring in the Nebrodi mountains, at room temperature. The pasta is then cast in bronze. The drying process takes place slowly and at low temperatures. The final result ? A very digestible, rough, particularly fragrant and tasty paste. Live from Modica
