Salamoia-style green olives

Made with passion by Genesio. Taste our delicate salamoia-style green olives. Hand-picked in Sicilian lands, they are preserved in barrels with a brine composed only of water, salt and local wild herbs that promote natural sweetening and intensify their aroma. After 5-6 months, they are removed from the barrels and reworked without the use of any chemical substance.
