Recipe: Glen Dochus Glazed Salmon Ingredients: - 4 Scottish salmon fillets, 250g - 120ml Glen Dochus - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 60ml orange juice - 60ml light soy sauce - 2 tbsp vegetable oil Preparation: 1. Mix Glen Dochus, orange juice, oil, soy sauce and minced garlic in a medium bowl. 2. Arrange the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the Glen Dochus mixture over them, coating them evenly.
