Williams Pear Liqueur - 25° - 70 cl

Our Williams Pear liqueur is a great classic in our range. 

This emblematic fruit is easily available in liqueur, where the aromas and sweetness of the fruit are easily expressed.

 This liqueur is made by blending our high-proof Williams Pear brandy and concentrated fruit from pears. 

Reduced to the degree using Steige spring water, it is then adjusted with sugar syrup before cold filtration. Tasting notes: • Nose: quite powerful, the aromas of natural fruit, the grainy flesh is very present • Mouth: very fruity, the fruit is easily found • Finish: very long in the mouth, fruity and not very sweet Usage tips : - Pure as a digestive at room temperature or served on ice - In cocktails - In pastry (cake or pear tart)
