Morand - Swiss Pear Williamine Brandy Case

This brandy is made with high quality Williams pears from Valais AOP in Switzerland. It takes 12kg of Williams pears to make 1 litre of Williamine, which gives it an intense fruity flavour. The pears are picked green, and ripen in crates. At the ideal moment of maturity, the fruits are sorted, crushed and fermented. After this first manual transformation, the fermented pear must is distilled. The brandy must rest for at least 6 months before being sold. Ideally enjoyed as a digestif, at room temperature, chilled or even chilled, depending on taste. Tasting notes With its clear, transparent color, the bottle offers a nose typical of Williams pear upon opening. On the palate, we find the typicality of the Williams pear with a very fruity taste with a roundness and sweetness. The finish lingers in the mouth with this very pronounced fruity taste.
