
The range of our “Exceptional Eaux-de-vie” represents the best of the know-how of the Nusbaumer distillery. These are presented in an amber bottle which protects them from light. The wax affixed, in a medallion, of a beautiful intense color, is made by hand in our workshops. The Williams Exception Pear is one of the distillery's prestigious references due to its atypical production and the variety of fruits used, red-skinned pears, smaller but very juicy and fragrant. This gives this eau-de-vie a concentration of aromas with a powerful nose and a soft, round mouth. The red and yellow Williams pear fruits are macerated in our Williams Pear brandy (classic and Selection) for 3 weeks. After distillation, we reduce this exceptional product to the degree using Steige spring water; of great purity because it is naturally filtered by the Vosges schist; with cold filtration to perfect the manufacturing. Tasting notes: - Nose: very fragrant, like ripe fruit. It is easy to imagine the characteristic granulated texture of the fruit. -Mouth: very soft and round.
