Oregano seasoning made with extra virgin olive oil

Condiment obtained from the joint pressing of Sicilian olives and oregano + oregano infusion, without the use of various essences or flavourings.   An ancient aromatic herb, the most used of spices, oregano is perfect for seasoning hot bread with oil and fresh cheese, a very simple dish but one of the classic favorites of the Costa oil mill, especially during the olive grinding period.   Ideal for seasoning raw caprese, pizza, chicken, turkey, veal, grilled vegetables and tomato salads.    Excellent pairing with meat and in the preparation of salmoriglio: seasoning obtained with extra virgin olive oil and hot water, together with garlic cloves, plenty of oregano and lemon juice.
