Green Pistachio Condiment from Bronte D.O.P

Condiment obtained by infusing lightly toasted pistachios in extra virgin olive oil. 

Without the use of various aromas or essences.   Pistachio is the typical product par excellence of our Bronte area.   A highly appreciated fruit with a delicate flavour, it is perfect for seasoning raw pizza and mortadella, raw meat rolls and first courses such as the famous pistachio penne. 

Excellent on fish such as salmon, tuna or shellfish.   Ideal for sweet or savory desserts, especially blue cheeses.
