""La Cantera" is an extra virgin olive oil, produced using a blend of olives. The olive harvest is carried out manually or with facilitating machines when the olives have reached the veraison state. The milling takes place within 12 hours of harvesting, using an extraction system with technologically advanced systems. The oil is strictly cold extracted. "La Cantera" is characterized by a light fruitiness with a sensation of freshly mown grass and a hint of artichoke. Golden yellow color with green reflections and a light fruity, bitter and spicy flavour. This extra virgin olive oil is suitable for seasoning raw green salads, first courses, white meats and fish.
