Condiment obtained from the joint pressing of olives and fresh Sicilian mandarin, without the use of various essences or flavourings. Precious fruit with beneficial virtues, it is the sweetest and most delicate of citrus fruits. In the kitchen it gives an original citrus note to veal scallops, sea bream and red mullet baked in foil, prawn tartare and shellfish.
