Condiment obtained from the joint pressing of olives and fresh basil, without the use of various essences or flavourings. Organoleptic notes: Strong notes of fresh basil which is very reminiscent of the freshness of the summer months. Ideal for seasoning tomato sauces, first courses, pizza, Caprese (tomatoes and mozzarella), tomato bruschetta and tomato or courgette salads.
