An ancient aromatic herb, the most used of spices, oregano is perfect for seasoning hot bread with oil and fresh cheese, a very simple dish but one of the classic favorites of the Costa oil mill, especially during the olive grinding period. Ideal for seasoning raw caprese, pizza, chicken, turkey, veal, grilled vegetables and tomato salads.
