"Don Ciccio" Italian Oil

"  Don Ciccio" is an extra virgin olive oil, produced from a blend of Sicilian olives.   The olive harvest is carried out manually or with facilitating machines when the olives have reached medium or advanced ripeness, to obtain a product with a more delicate flavour.   The milling takes place within 12 hours of harvesting, using an extraction system with technologically advanced systems.   The oil is strictly cold extracted.  "Don Ciccio" is characterized by a light fruitiness with a sensation of freshly mown grass.   Golden yellow color, with green reflections and a fruity flavor with a light bitter and spicy sensation.   This extra virgin olive oil is suitable for seasoning raw green salads, first courses, white meats and fish.   It pairs well with raw on the great panorama of Mediterranean cuisine.
