Strangozzi are long, rectangular-sectioned pasta originating from Umbria, Italy. These are made from wholemeal Pharaoh Cereal flour, grown at the Torre Colombaia farm in Umbria. This ancient cereal of Egyptian origin has an unaltered genetic heritage. The flour is prepared with a stone grinder, and the pasta using traditional methods with slow drying at low temperature, to best preserve the nutritional properties of the cereal.
