Born in the heart of Sanary-sur-Mer, Olives & Beurre Salé delicatessen and caterer is an artisanal gastronomy house founded by Chrystelle and Chef Guillaume Lecomte, trained in large Michelin-starred chef houses between Brittany and the Var.
Behind each creation, there is the passion of a team that makes it a point of honor to work with quality ingredients, by hand, with patience and rigor.
Our name pays homage to the two pillars of Mediterranean and French cuisine: the olive, symbol of sunshine and conviviality, and salted butter, the embodiment of Breton pleasure and indulgence.
From this meeting was born a house where tradition and creativity come together, to offer refined, generous and sincere dishes.
Our rum babas, for example, are made every week in our workshop, soaked in a syrup flavored with rum, citrus peel and Madagascar vanilla and prepared with the same care as for a festive meal.
