CITRUS HONEY 250 g

Oltresole Citrus Honey is an Italian artisan product. Citrus honey is obtained from the nectar collected from the flowers of plants that are part of the Citrus genus. After crystallization, on the other hand, it tends to white or light beige. This completely natural and spontaneous process allows the formation of crystals of various sizes according to the storage conditions. At the olfactory level it presents the characteristic floral scent that recalls the flowers from which it is produced but which fades with the passage of time turning towards more fruity notes.
