In 1814 the Russians were in Paris. They weren't allowed to drink in the inns. Despite the ban, they were served fine (vodka) quickly, which is called bistro in Russian. This is how the word bistro was born. A very elegant and floral vodka, with finesse and freshness, made from a good quality of French wheat alcohol. 40% alc/vol
