After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our tagliatelle (4 mm) are handcrafted by rolling then dried at low temperature and for a long time (18-20 hours). The gentle working of the dough with our rolling machine allows ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes). Our tagliatelle benefit from manual and meticulous bagging, guaranteeing careful packaging. We use organic chestnut flour with a protected designation of origin from the Ardèche. Manufacturing process: Rolling and drying at low temperature. Without GMOs, without dyes, without preservatives, without ionization. Labeling language: French, English, German, Dutch.
