Made with freshly milked goat milk. Without any milk heating process. At the same temperature that the recently milked milk arrives (31-32 degrees) the cheese production begins. Minimum cure of 3 months. It is a cheese with a medium intensity and highly recommended to eat it with its rind, which is completely natural. Weight: 200 gr.
