Lucky Mustard

What does happiness taste like? " Know what you eat. Fresh, regional and seasonal cuisine. "The joy of preparing and eating food..." is what we say at Slow Food. And so I created a very delicious mustard with lucky berries (goji) and chickpeas. It was tested with a bratwurst after an evening at the opera in Quedlinburg and was rated "very good" by the audience. I can describe it as medium-hot, slightly fruity and goes well with both cheese and meat dishes. Try it out and tell me about your taste experiences! p.s.
